Cancellation Policy

Visionaire Visuals – Photoshoot Terms & Conditions A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your session and will be applied to your total balance. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients may reschedule at least 7 days prior to the session through our online booking system. Clients are responsible for rescheduling. Sessions rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice will require a new deposit. Clients are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and preparation. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation without refund. Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. Clients have 30 days to download their images. After 30 days, galleries expire and images will no longer be available for download. A $25 reupload fee will apply if images must be restored, provided they are still available in our storage. Included edits cover exposure adjustment, color correction, and basic composition enhancements. Extensive retouching (skin smoothing, body modifications, object removal, etc.) is not included unless agreed upon for an additional fee. All images are for personal use only — including social media sharing and personal printing. Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission and additional licensing fees. Visionaire Visuals reserves the right to decline any session that conflicts with our brand standards, creative direction, or company values. We maintain full discretion in accepting or declining projects. Visionaire Visuals is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, damages, or health-related incidents that occur before, during, or after the session. Clients participate at their own risk. We currently do not offer newborn photography services. By booking your session with Visionaire Visuals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
